INTERFACE Xpo is a free event for people who make the decisions about the direction and implementation of ICT solutions at their school. To register your interest to attend any of the conferences in 2015, please fill out your details below, including the location you wish to attend. You will be notified in a few days if your registration has been accepted.

Terms and conditions of acceptance

There are a number of criteria by which your registration will be processed. These are:

  • Places are available on a first come, first served basis.
  • This is an event for people who work at schools in New Zealand.
  • Preference will go to people directly involved with ICT at a school.
  • Preference will also go to people from schools that have signed up to a bulk subscription of INTERFACE Magazine.
  • Places are limited and we will limit to a maximum of three the number of people allowed per school. In the event that four or more people from a school wish to attend, we will contact the school and ask them to nominate the three most appropriate people. If others apply to attend, they can go on a waiting list for additional places.
  • If you were a ‘no show’ at an INTERFACEXpo event in 2011, 2012, 2013 or 2014 (where you’d registered but didn’t tell us you were not going to attend and simply failed to turn on the day), we reserve the right to reject your registration.
  • If you fail to pay the ‘no show’ fee, we reserve the right to suspend all services your school receives from INTERFACE, including subscription to the magazine, pending payment or until the matter is resolved.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as you can, so that we can let someone else have your spot. Email [email protected] or call 09 575 2454.

If you are a ‘no show’ (where you register but don’t tell us you are not going to attend and simply fail to turn up on the day) we will charge a $50 administration fee to you or your school, to cover the costs we incur for food, materials, and facilities.
